天津市公务员吸烟现状调查

目的了解天津市公务员吸烟及被动吸烟现状。方法采用整群随机抽样方法，用统一调查表对政府机关工作人员进行面对面调查。结果公务员吸烟率32．0％（男性55．1％，女性2．3％），现在吸烟率28．O％（男性47．1％，女性1．7％），戒烟率12．4％。95．6％的公务员在上班时间吸烟，90％公务员赞同在医院、学校、会议室、公共交通工具内全部禁烟。公务员对吸烟及被动吸烟与疾病的关系的认识仍然模糊，特别是对前列腺炎、骨质疏松、男性性功能障碍、急性牙龈坏死或溃烂以及婴儿猝死综合征的认识程度过低。结论天津市公务员吸烟率低于2002年全国吸烟流行病学调查的全国水平，农村地区公务员吸烟率和吸烟量均高于城市地区。公务员上班时间吸烟情况比较普遍，加强政府机构禁烟规定的执行力，杜绝公务员上班时间吸烟势在必行。

Study on smoking prevalence of civil servants in Tianjin

Objective To learn the prevalence of smoking and passive smoking among the civil servants in Tianjin. Methods Questionnaires survey was conducted among civil servants selected by cluster random sampling method. Results Smoking rate of civil servants in Tianjin was 32.0% , 55. 1% for males and 2. 3% for females. Current smoking rate was 28. 0%, 47.1% for males and 1.7% for females. The rate of quitting smoking was 12. 4%. 95.6% of civil servants smoked in working hours. 90% of civil servants agreed with smoking cessation in hospitals, schools, meeting rooms and public transports. Civil servants＇ Knowledge about the relationship between diseases and smoking and passive smoking was very vague. Especially the Knowledge level for prostatitis, osteoporosis, male sexual dysfunction, acute gingival necrosis or ulceration and SIDS was less. Conclusion The smoking rate in civil servants of Tianjin was lower than the average rate of the national in 2002. Suburb servants＇ smoking rate was higher than those working in city and they consumed more cigarettes than city civil servants. The phenomenon of the civil servants smoking during working hours is very common,enhancing smoking cessation execution in government organization is imperative.
