四川省6市县居民健康素养现状调查

目的了解四川省6个市县居民健康素养现状。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法，选取四川省成都市、自贡市、达州市、双流县、射洪县和汶川县6个地区2929名居民进行问卷调查。结果本次调查对象的健康知识知晓率为54．8％，90．0％的人认为“预防为主、选择健康的生活方式是最好的投资，越早越好”，1．5％的人知道被动吸烟易导致哪些疾病；健康行为形成率为54．5％，93．8％的被调查者日常食用加碘盐，而23．7％的人具有正确的就医行为；健康技能掌握率为43．7％，被调查者对医疗救助电话和“OTC”药品的范围的健康技能掌握率分别为90．5％和24．3％。结论调查对象的健康素养水平仍然较低，健康教育工作应继续利用各种资源，对广大群众持续进行行为干预，逐步提高全民的健康素养和健康素质。

Investigation on the status of health literacy about residents in 6 areas of Sichuan Province

Objective To understand the status of health literary about residents in 6 areas of Sichuan Province. Methods A total of 2929 residents were selected with multi-stage stratified cluster sampling to undergo a survey from Chengdu, Zigong and Dazhou cities, and Shuangliu, Shehong and Wenchuan counties of Sicboan Province. Results The health awareness rate of the participants was 54. 8% , and 90.0% of the residents knew that ＂prevention of disease and choice of healthy life style as early was best for life＂, while only 1.5% of them knew the kinds of disease caused by passive smoking. The forming rate of health behavior was 54. 5%, and 93.8% of the participants ate iodized salt usually, but only 23.7% of them took correct behavior of seeing a doctor. The mastering rate of health skills was 43.7%, and the rates of the residents who had the skill of seeking medical help through telephone and differentiating OTC from others were 90. 5% and 24.3%, respectively. Conclusion The health literacy level of the residents was low certainly. Health education should use all kinds of resource and strengthen the behavior intervention to improve the health literacy of public.
