南宁市男男性行为人群网络使用情况调查

目的了解南宁市男男性行为人群互联网使用情况,为开展艾滋病、性传播疾病健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用＂滚雪球＂的抽样方式,由调查员在调查对象知情并同意的情况下对男男性行为者进行面对面的问卷调查,主要内容包括一般情况、互联网使用情况、男男性行为者专属网络使用情况及艾滋病/性病相关网络使用情况。结果共调查男男性行为者377人。互联网使用情况：论坛访问的使用率最高,为75.9%;75.3%的调查对象寻找性伴最常去的场所是互联网。男男性行为者专属网站使用情况：调查对象全部登陆过这类专属网站,59.7%的调查对象上网地点是家里;81.7%的调查对象每周累计上网时间在10小时以内。79.0%的调查对象上网查找过有关艾滋病/性病方面的知识。79.0%（298人）的调查对象浏览过＂广西绿城彩虹网＂,其中38.2%认为网站对了解艾滋病/性病知识帮助很大。结论充分利用互联网在男男性行为人群中开展健康教育,作为良好的辅助手段进一步遏制艾滋病/性病在男男性行为人群中的传播。

A study on the Internet use among MSM in Nanning

Objective To understand the situation of the Internet use and AIDS-related network behavior among men who have sex with men （MSM） in Nanning, and to provide references for the health education on HIV/AIDS and Sexually Transmitted Diseases （STDs）. Methods MSM were sampled by snowball sampling method and were interviewed by well trained investigators face to face under the informed consent. Information included demographics, Internet use, and surfing on MSM exclusive websites and other AIDS/STDs related websites. Results 377 MSM were investigated. The forum visiting rate was the highest one （75.9%）. 75.3% of them looked for sexual partners by using Internet. All the participants ever visited MSM exclusive website. Among them, 59. 7% reported home as the major place to access the Internet; 81.7% spent over 10 hours per week surfing on the Internet; 79.0% ever looked for AIDS/STDs related knowledge; 79. 0% had ever been to the Guangxi Green City Rainbow website; 38.2% thought that the Internet played a significant role in obtaining AIDS/STDs related knowledge. Conclusion It is a good method to prevent the AIDS/STDs from spreading among the MSM by providing online health education to them.
