湖南人文科技学院教职工体质现状调查分析

目的为了解高校教职工体质现状,为相关部门制定健康教育政策提供依据。方法以湖南人文科技学院教职工为研究对象,通过体质测试、数理统计等方法,对教职工体质进行调查分析。结果校教职工体质总优秀率为3.3%,其中男职工为3.2%,女职工为3.3%,总良好率为19.5%,男职工为18.2%,女职工为20.7%,总不合格率为17.0%,男女职工分别为15.8%与18.2%。教职工体质总优良率远远低于全国平均水平,不合格率、超重和肥胖率高于全国平均水平;柔韧素质和平衡能力高于全国平均水平,但心肺机能低于全国平均水平。结论教职工体质总体较差,尤其是心肺机能。应加强相关知识的健康教育,提高教职工体质。

Physical status of staff members of universities and colleges

Objective To understand the physical status of staff members of universities and colleges,and to provide a basis for policy development for relevant departments.Methods The current physical status of staff members of Hunan Institute of Humanities,Science and Technology were analyzed by applying physical index and mathematical statistics.Results The overall excellence rate was 3.3%,3.2% for males and 3.3% for females.The overall good rate was 19.5%,18.2% for males and 20.7% for females.The overall failure rate was 17.0%,15.8% for males and 18.2% for females.The results showed that the excellent and good rate of total body mass was far below the national average,and failure rate and the rate of overweight and obesity were higher than the national average.Flexibility quality and balance ability were higher than the national average,but cardiopulmonary function was lower than the national average level.ConclusionIt is indicated that college staff in general had lower physical health status,especially the cardiopulmonary function.Health education should be strengthened to improve the physical status.
