| 摘 要： | 目的 总结肝部分切除治疗肝外伤的效果。方法 对36例肝外伤病人施行手术，结合文献对手术适应症，手术方法及并发症的预防进行阐述。结果 全组死亡3例，死亡率8.33％，治愈率91.7％。结论：肝部份切除是治疗肝外伤的有效方法。

Application of Hepatic Partial Resection for Hepatic Trauma:A Clinical Report of 36 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective The effect of hepatic partial resection for hepatic trauma.Methods Thirty-Six patients with hepatic trauma were operated on the bases of litertures,we elucidated the indication and method of operation and prevention of operative complications .Resuts Three cases died,a death rate of 8 33%,and a cure rate of 91 8%.Conclusion Hepatic partial resection is an effective method for treatment of hepatic trauma. |
