血清胰岛素与急性脑血管病的关系

为了从临床上研究血清胰岛素对脑血管病的影响，选脑出血20例，脑梗塞44例，另选非脑血管病33例作为对照，对入院后次晨及出院前分别抽血查血清胰岛素及空腹血糖，结果：入院时血清胰岛素增高率脑出血组高于脑梗塞组及对照组（P＜0．001），脑梗塞治愈者中，入院时血清胰岛素增高者占多数（P＜0．05）．讨论：脑血管病急性期血清胰岛素增高与应激有关，胰岛素对缺血脑组织有重要的保护作用．

Relationship between serum insulin level and acute cerebrovascular diseases

Studies about the relationship between serum insulin and cerebrovascular diseases.This subject was designed for studying the effect about serum insulin to condition and prognosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Method:Sixty four hospitaliged patients with acute cerebrovascular dseases who were diagnosed through cranial CT had been divided into cerebral hemorrhage group (20 cases) and cerebral infarction group(44 cases). Anotther 33 Patients with noncerebrovascular disease had been set as control group. For all Patients, the serum insulin and glucase cocentration were detected in the next morning after admisson and before discharge. Results:The occurance rate of hyperinsulinemia in cerebral hamorrhage group was higher than that in cerebral infarction group and control group (P＜0. 001). The numbe of Patients with hyperinsulinemia at admission was more than those before discharge in each cerebrovascular disease group(P＜0. 005). The number of petients of cerebral infarction who had been cured was more than those with normal serum insulin concentration (P＜0. 05). Discussion:It is concluded that serum insulin leve increases at acute Stage of cerbrovascular diseases.The results make one suggest that insulin may play an important role in protecting brain ischemia.
