| Abstract: | This paper presents diffuse breast infiltration in a patient with chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Such presentation is an extremely rare situation. Mammographically a diffuse lesion was evident in the right breast in continuity with enlarged ipsilateral axillary nodes.
