少腹逐瘀丸治疗痛经和月经不调的药效学研究

目的：研究少腹逐瘀丸治疗月经不调、痛经的药效学基础。方法：分别灌胃给予小鼠和大鼠少腹逐瘀丸1．8，3．6，1g／kg和2g／kg。结果：明显抑制缩宫素所致小鼠痛经样反应、急性炎症反应和疼痛反应；抑制大鼠在体子宫收缩和慢性炎症增生，降低小鼠全血粘度和改善大鼠子宫外膜微循环。结论：少腹逐瘀丸具有缓解子宫平滑肌过度收缩、抗炎、镇痛、降低血液粘度和改善微循环的药效作用，这些作用是其治疗月经不调和痛经的基础。

Study on the Pharmacodynamics of Shaofuzhuyu Pill Treating Dysmenorrhea and Menoxenia

Objective: To study the pharmacodynamic effects of Shaofuzhuyu Pill treating dysmenorrhea and menoxenia. Methods: Shaofuzhuyu Pill was given to mice and rats at the dose of 1.8, 3.6, 1 g/kg and 2 g/kg respectively through ig. Results: The research showed that the pill could obviously inhibit the mice's reactions of dysmenorrhea, acute inflammation and pain induced by Oxytocin. It also alleviated the rat's uterine convulsion in vivo and chronic inflammation hyperplasia, improved the rat's perimetrium micocirculation and reduced the mouse's whole blood viscosity. Conclusion: Shaofuzhuyu Pill has the effects of anti-inflammation, relieving pain, smoothing convulsion of uterine smooth muscle, decreasing blood viscosity and improving microcirculation.
