广西地区慢性肾小球肾炎中医证候分布规律研究

目的探讨广西地区慢性肾炎中医证候的分布规律。方法选择慢性肾炎患者106例,采用SPSS 13.0建立数据库,分析不同中医证候在年龄、性别、病程、肾功能、实验室检查的分布规律。结果慢性肾炎的不同证候在年龄、病程上存在差异;中医本证以气阴两虚证为多,标证以湿热证发生率高;中医主证中各证型的肾功能变化呈现规律性,中医证候在实验室指标上存在差异。结论广西地区慢性肾炎的中医证候特点为本虚标实,以气阴两虚最多见,受地域影响,湿热为贯穿其病程始终的重要兼夹证。脾肾阳虚者病程最长,年龄较轻者证候主要表现为脾肾气虚、肺肾气虚和气阴两虚证;年长者以肝肾阴虚和脾肾阳虚证为主。

Study on regularity of traditional Chinese medical syndrome distribution of chronic glomerulonephritis in Guangxi district

Objective It is to explore the regularity of traditional Chinese medical syndrome distribution of chronic glomerulonephritis in Guangxi district.Methods 106 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were chosen to establish their data base by SPSS 13.0.The distribution regularity in age,gender,pathogenesis,renal function and experimental determination of different traditional Chinese medical syndromes were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in age and pathogenesis among different syndromes of chronic glomerulonephritis.The essential traditional Chinese medicine syndromes were mainly Qiyinliangxu Zheng,and the incidence of Shire Zheng was the highest in appearance Zhengs.There was a regularity in the change of renal function in every essential Zheng,there were also differences in experimental indexes among different Zhengs.Conclusion The characteristic of traditional Chinese medical syndromes of chronic glomerulonephritis in Guangxi district was essential asthenia with appearance sthenic Zheng,Qiyinliangxu was the most Zhengs,wet and heat Zheng was the important complicating Zheng which was along with pathogenesis rom beginning to end because of the district effect.Pathogenesis of the patients with Pishenliangxu was the longest,the yonger patient's syndroms were mainly Pishenliangxu,Feishenqixu and Qiyinliangxu Zhengs,and the older patient's were mainly Ganshenyinxu and Pishenyangxu Zhengs.
