小儿乙型流感病毒肺炎免疫特点分析

目的：探讨乙型流感病毒肺炎患儿免疫功能的变化特点。方法：采用回顾性分析方法,选取2011年12月至2012年2月在苏州大学附属儿童医院住院治疗的乙型流感病毒肺炎患儿70例,包括单纯乙型流感病毒肺炎27例（单纯感染组）和乙型流感病毒混合细菌感染肺炎43例（混合感染组）,以同期儿童保健门诊体检的健康儿童23例作为对照（对照组）,应用流式细胞仪检测外周血中T、B淋巴细胞和NK细胞亚群比例。结果：与对照组相比,单纯感染组和混合感染组CD3^＋、CD3^＋CD8^＋降低而CD3^-CD19^＋、CD19^＋CD23^＋增高（P均〈0.01）,混合感染组CD3^-CD16^＋CD56^＋降低（P〈0.05）,而单纯感染组和对照组CD3^-CD16^＋CD56^＋比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。三组间CD3^＋CD4^＋、CD4^＋/CD8^＋、CD4^＋CD25^＋比较差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）。单纯感染组和混合感染组上述指标比较差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0.05）。结论：乙型流感病毒肺炎患儿免疫反应较轻,其NK细胞比例降低与混合细菌感染有关,临床工作中要注意鉴别,以便于积极防治。

Analysis of the Immunity Features in Children with Influenza B Virus

Objective： To investigate the change characteristic of the immunological function of the children with influenza B virus. Methods： A total of 70 pneumonia children with the influenza 13 virus infection, including single B virus infection （ single infection group） and mixed infection （mixed infection group）, were selected from December 2011 to February 2012 in Children＇ s Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University, and the 23 children in the department of child health care were set as the control group. Ratio of T lymphocyte, B lymphocyte and NK cell subset in Peripheral blood were tested with flow cytometry. Results： Compared with the control group, CD3^＋, CD3^＋CD8^＋ decreased obviously and CD3^-CD19^＋, CD19^＋CD23^＋ increased obviously in single infection group and mixed infection group; CD3^-CD16^＋CD56^＋ decreased obviously in mixed infection group. There were no statistically significant difference of CD3^＋ CD4^＋, CD4^＋/CD8^＋, CD4^＋ CD25^＋ in the three group （P〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Children with the influenza B virus infection have lightly disorder in their cellular immunity function, decrease of NK cells ratio has correlation with mixed infection.
