乳酶生菌种的安全性研究

摘    要:目的 对乳酶生菌种进行安全性研究。方法 采用VITEK2 Compact全自动微生物分析系统检测菌种药物敏感性,提取质粒进行电泳,并对小鼠灌胃进行毒性试验。结果 粪肠球菌140623对克林霉素和大环内酯类抗菌药物具有天然耐药性,对青霉素类、高浓度氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类、四环素类、糖肽类、链阳霉素类、唑烷酮类及呋喃妥因均敏感,含有质粒;粪肠球菌CGMCC1.595对上述抗菌药物均敏感,不含质粒。毒性试验结果符合中国药典2010版的要求。结论 乳酶生菌种具有一定的安全性,但需加强生产菌株的管理并规范其来源。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the safety of the strains of lactasin. METHODS VITEK2 compact automatic microbiological analysis system was used to test drug sensitivity of strains. The plasmid were electrophoresed. The toxicities of strains were tested in mice. RESULTS Enterococcus faecalis 140623 with plasmid had natural drug-resistance to clindamycin and macrolide and was sensitive to penicillin, high concentration of aminoglycoside, quinolones, tetracyclines, glycopeptides, streptogramins, oxazo-lidinone and nitrofurantoin. Enterococcus faecalis CGMCC 1.595 without plasmid was sensitive to the above antibiotics. The results of toxicity test met the requirement of Ch.P 2010. CONCLUSION The strain of lactasin is safe to use, but its source should be supervised and standardized.
