品管圈活动提升静脉用药调配中心质量管理水平的探索与实践

摘    要:目的:强化静脉用药调配中心质量管理,深化药学服务,营造团队合作精神,提高青年药师参与质量管理意识和解决问题能力。方法:将品管圈模式引入部门日常质量管理工作中,按品管圈活动的10个步骤实施各项活动。结果:通过开展品管圈活动,静脉用药调配中心内部差错由30.25件/周降低到16.00件/周,同时青年药师责任心、解决问题能力、工作效率、凝聚力、工作积极性、品管手法方面都得到了提高。结论:开展品管圈活动,提高了静脉用药调配中心药师解决问题的能力,减少了静脉用药调配中心内部差错,保证患儿用药安全有效,提升药学服务质量。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the development Quality Control Circle(QCC) activities,strengthen PIVAS management,ameliorate pharmaceutical service,encourage the spirit of cooperation,and enhance youth pharmacist participation consciousness of quality management and problem solving skills. Methods: QCC was introduced into daily quality management of the department,according to the ten steps of QCC to implement various activities. Results: In term of the development of QCC,PIVAS internal error rate had declined from 30. 25 pieces per week to 16. 00 pieces per week. At the same time the project improved comprehensive abilities and responsibility of young pharmacist as well as the efficiency and cohesive,the work enthusiasm,quality control methods of the whole team. Conclusions: With the development of QCC activities,youth pharmacists' ability of problem solving were improved,internal error rate was declined,the safety and efficiency were guaranteed,and the quality of pharmaceutical service was ameliorated.
