| 摘 要： | 选择正确的溶媒和配制后现用现配是合理用药的基础,也是最直接有效的提高中药注射剂安全性的途径。在该研究中,借助小鼠类过敏反应模型,将注射用双黄连分别用0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液配制相应浓度,与血管通透性增高指示剂伊文思蓝溶液混合后一次性静脉注射入小鼠体内,观察比较给药后30 min小鼠耳廓血管通透性增高情况;另外将注射用双黄连配制后放置10 min,2.5,6,20 h,运用与前相同的检测方法对不同放置时间的注射用双黄连进行类过敏反应检测。结果显示注射用双黄连分别用0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液配制后,相同剂量情况下其诱发的小鼠类过敏反应没有显著差异,但是配制后随着时间的延长,注射用双黄连诱发的小鼠类过敏反应有加重趋势。
