中药海马提取物对实验性脑缺血再灌注损伤的药理作用

摘    要:目的:观察中药海马提取物对实验性脑缺血再灌损伤的药理作用。方法:本研究通过采用相对于人类缺血性卒中较为类似的大鼠大脑中动脉阻断(MiddleCerebralArteryOcclusionMCAO)致大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注(Ischemia/ReperfusionI/R)的模型,研究中药海马提取物对大鼠I/R后神经行为学(神经功能评分NeurologicalDeficitScoreNDS)、脑梗死体积、脑含水量等指标的药理作用。结果:大鼠I/R后各时间点内均有程度不同的神经功能缺失,海马提取物用药组神经功能评分明显低于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,假手术组大鼠均无神经功能缺失,脑水肿情况均较对照组明显改善(P <0 .0 5 ) ,脑梗死体积与生理盐水对照组相比有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ,而假手术组均未见有梗死灶。结论:中药海马提取物具有保护大鼠I/R后受损脑组织的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Haimaextrac tion on experimental ischemia/reperfusion brain damage. Methods In this paper, the m iddle-cerebral- artery-occlusion (MCAO)-induced focal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) brain damage mo del of rats similar to human ischemic stroke was used to study the effects of Haimaextraction on neurological deficit score, cerebral infarction volume, an d ce rebral water content after I/R.Results The results showed that H aimaextraction lowered the neurological deficit score, cerebral infarction vo lu me and cerebral water content significantly at the interval of 1h, 24 h and 72 h after I/R (P<0.05, vs control, while the sham-operated rats showed no inf arct ion area. Conclusion The follow-up study of the eff ects of Haimaextraction on ischemic brain damage would provide sufficient m aterials for the application of Haimaon ischemic stroke.
