电磁辐射致雄性生殖损伤机制的研究进展

摘    要:电磁辐射对雄性生殖影响的研究已有50多年的历史,越来越多的结果显示,一定剂量的电磁辐射具有明显雄性生殖损伤效应,可引起生精细胞结构与功能的损伤,其发生机制与能量代谢障碍、脂质过氧化、凋亡相关基因及蛋白异常表达、DNA损伤等相关,本文就此方面的研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract:More and more evidence from over 50 years of researches on the effects of electromagnetic radiation on male reproduction show that a certain dose of electromagnetic radiation obviously damages male reproduction, particularly the structure and function of spermatogenic cells. The mechanisms of the injury may be associated with energy dysmetabolism, lipid peroxidation, abnormal expressions of apoptosis-related genes and proteins, and DNA damage.
