温阳平喘胶囊抗炎平喘作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探求温阳平喘胶囊治疗非急性发作期及缓解期的肾虚寒型支气管哮喘的药理作用特点及机制.方法:小鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠棉球植入法、豚鼠喷雾致喘法、豚鼠离体气管螺旋条法等.结果:温阳平喘胶囊能明显地抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的急性炎症及大鼠棉球肉芽肿的慢性炎症,对延长氯化乙酰胆碱和磷酸组胺等容积混合液所致豚鼠哮喘的潜伏期及松弛组胺引起的豚鼠离体支气管条的收缩有一定作用.结论:温阳平喘胶囊具有明显的抗炎作用及一定的扩张支气管平滑肌的作用.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the characteristics and mechanism of pharmacological effect of Wen Yang Ping Chuan Capsule on the treatment of non-acute intraictal and catabatic bronchial asthma patients of deficiency in kidney.Methods: The methods was used to make the auricle intumesce of small mouse,the cotton transplant of big mouse,the spray asthma of guinea pig and the bench tracheal spire of guinea pig.Results: Wen Yang Ping Chuan Capsule could obviously inhibit the acute inflammation of the small mouse auricle intumesce induced by dimethylbenzene and the chronic inflammation of the big mouse cotton ggranuloma and could prolong the latency of the guinea pig asthma induced by the mixed solution of acetylcholine chloride and histamine phosphate,and loose the contraction of the guinea pig bench bronchus induced by histamine.Conclusion: Wen Yang Ping Chuan Capsule has an obvious anti-inflammatory effect and a certain dilative effect on the smooth muscle of bronchus.
