| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的护理特点。方法回顾性分析66例老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理方法及效果。结果老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术后均无并发症发生且治愈出院。结论加强老年患者围手术期护理是保证手术成功和早日康复的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing characteristics of senile patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 66 senile cases receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy with regard to perioperative nursing methods and their efficacies. Results The senile patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were cured and discharged in the absence of the complication. Conclusion Reinforcement of perioperative nursing can be the key to ensuring smooth surgery and early rehabilitation in senile patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy. |
