| 摘 要： | 目的分析脑干出血的主要原因及疗效。方法采用分析出血部位、出血量及安静、平卧、降低血压、护脑、对症、支持治疗方法。结果全组经平均25d治疗，痊愈15例，好转22例，死亡4例。结论脑干出血发病凶险，及时诊断与有效的治疗至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the cause and efficacy of brain stem hemorrhage. Methods The therapeutic methods were adopted such as analysis on hemorrhage site, blood loss, rest, prostration, hypotension treatment, intracranial pressure-lowering, cerebral protection, and corresponding therapy. Results Of all cases treated for a mean of 25d, 15 were cured, 22 improved and the remaining 4 dead. Conclusion Brain stem hemorrhage has a dangerous onset, and timely diagnosis and effective therapy can be of vital importance. |
