| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆囊十二指肠瘘的早期诊断和治疗。方法总结分析34例患者的临床相关资料与手术治疗方法。结果全组34例患者中治愈33例，1例于术后3d并发心肌梗死死亡。结论胆囊十二指肠瘘早期胆破诊断、及时手术治疗对预后至关重。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of cholecyst-bluodenal fistula. Methods Clinical relevant data from 34 cases of cholecyst-duodenal fistula undergoing corresponding operation were summarized and analyzed. Results Of all 34 cases, 33 were cured and the other 1 died of complicating myocardial infarction at day 3 post-operation. Conclusion Early diagnosis and prompt surgery can be of vital importance to prognosis of cholecyst-duodenal fistula. |
