摘    要:目的:研究下颌正常磨牙与磨耗牙在垂直载荷和斜向载荷下牙体组织的应力分布。方法:以电子计算机技术建立下颌磨牙及磨耗磨牙三维有限元模型,分别在垂直载荷和斜向载荷下计算出牙体组织最大压应力,最大拉应力和Von Mises力。结果:正常磨牙垂直载荷下,应力集中于牙颈部及远中根尖;牙冠磨耗后,应力集中区向近中根转移,结论:本实验为牙齿折裂的病因提供了生物力学依据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the stress of the mandible normal molar and attrited molar under vertical loading andoblique loading. Methods: The three-dimensional finite element models of mandible molar and attrited molar were developedwith computer technique. Vertical loading and oblique loading were applied respectively, and the maximum principlestress, the minimum principle stress and the Von Mises stress of the teeth tissue were calculated. Results: The stressconcentration exhibited at the cervical regions and the distal apex when vertical loading was applied on the normal molar.After the tooth worn, the stress concentration exhibited at the mesial root. Conclusions: The results provide biomechanicalbases for the root fracture.
