单克隆抗体和药物协同杀伤日本血吸虫的初步研究

摘    要:本文报道了将保护性单克隆抗体SSj14和吡毗喹酮、菲诺贝特应用于抗日本血吸虫感染试验的初步结果:其中,单抗SSj14提纯物高剂量免疫昆明系小鼠后诱导的减虫率和减雌率分别为68.59%和70.33%;单抗SSj14和低剂量吡喹酮协同组在小鼠及兔体内诱导的减虫率和减雌率分别为82.36%和80.81%及40.72%、42.01%;菲诺贝特组的减虫率和减雌率分别为16.42%和24.66%;单抗、吡喹酮和菲诺贝特协同组的减虫率和减雌率分别为88.04%和90.73%.结果表明,保护性单抗SSj14可被应用于日本血吸虫病免疫预防的研究.

Abstract:A series of experimental studies with protective monoclonal antibody(SSj14) ,praziquan-tel(PZQ) and fenofibratic(FENO) for anti-schistosomial effect were reported in this study: 1. With high dosage purified protective McAb SSj14 for infected mice,the worm reduction rate was 68. 59% and that of the female worm was 70. 33%. 2. SSj14 together with low dosage PZQ for infected mice and rabbits,the worm reduction rate was 82.36% and 80. 81% respectively,and the female worm reduction rate was 40.72% and 42.01% respectively. 3. The worm reduction rate was 16. 42% and female worm reduction rate was 24. 66% with FENO. 4. When SSjl4,PZQ and FENO were given together,the synergestic effect showed that worm reduction rate was 88.04% and female worm reduction rate,90. 73%.The results showed that protective McAb SSj14 could be used in immunoprophylactic studied of schistosomiasis japonica.
