腹部超声对不同临床分期胰腺癌的诊断价值

目的探讨腹部超声对不同临床分期胰腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择接受诊治的40例胰腺癌患者,所有患者行腹部常规超声与超声造影检查,记录影像学特征与病理T分期,记录患者的病理T分期并进行一致性分析。结果在40例患者中,超声诊断为T1期22例,T2期8例,T3期6例,T4期4例,与病理诊断具有很好的诊断一致性(K=0.782),T分期的诊断总准确率为95.0%。T3+T4期患者的超声病灶形态、晕环、钙化、边界、内部回声等特征与T1+T2期患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T3+T4期患者的PI值高于T1+T2期患者(P<0.05),TP与AUC值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹部超声在胰腺癌的诊断具有很好的常规影像学特征与造影特征,有利于指导胰腺癌的术前T分期,有很好的应用价值。

Diagnostic Value of Abdominal Ultrasound for Different Clinical Stages of Pancreatic Cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound in different clinical stages of pancreatic cancer.Methods 40 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected.All patients were given conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The imaging features and pathological T stage were recorded,and the pathological T stage of the patients was recorded and the consistency analysis was performed.Results In the 40 patients,ultrasound diagnosis was 22 cases in T1,8 cases in T2,6 cases in T3,and 4 cases in T4,which had good diagnostic consistency with pathological diagnosis(K=0.782),The total diagnostic accuracy of T stage was 95.0%.Ultrasound lesion morphology,halo,calcification,boundary,internal echo and other characteristics of T3+T4 patients were significantly different from those of T1+T2 patients(P<0.05).The PI value of T3+T4 patients was higher than that of T1+T2 patients(P<0.05),and there were no significant difference compared between TP and AUC(P>0.05).Conclusion Abdominal ultrasound has good conventional imaging features and contrast features in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,which is helpful for guiding the preoperative T stage of pancreatic cancer,and has good application value.
