视频案例联合情景模拟教学法在急诊实习护生中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨视频案例联合情景模拟教学法在急诊实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法 选取首都医科大学宣武医院急诊科2017年4月—2018年4月实习护生109名作为观察组,2016年3月—2017年3月实习护生101名作为对照组。观察组采用视频案例联合情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。出科时比较2组护生出科考核成绩、自主学习能力和护理核心能力。结果 观察组实习护生的自主学习能力为(124.37±3.66)分和护理核心能力为(80.98±2.09)分明显优于对照组的(118.15±4.08)分和(74.87±3.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 视频案例联合情景模拟教学法有利于提高实习护生的自主学习能力和护理核心能力,有效地将理论与实践相结合,真正达到学有所用,提高了实习护生的职业获得感,同时也保证了急救医疗服务质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of video case combined situational simulation teaching for emergency nursing students. Methods A total of 109 nursing interns from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the observation group, and 101 from March 2016 to March 2017 as the control group in emergency department of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University. The teaching method of video case combined with scenario simulation was adopted in the observation group, and conventional teaching method in the control group. The department rotation assessment results, independent learning ability and core nursing ability of the 2 groups were compared. Results The independent learning ability score of nursing interns in the observation group was 124.37±3.66 and the core nursing ability 80.98±2.09, which were significantly higher than those in the control group of 118.15±4.08 and 74.87±3.62 respectively and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.001). Conclusion With an effective combination of theory and practice, the teaching method of video case combined scenario simulation is helpful to improve the independent learning ability and the core nursing ability of nursing interns in nursing clinical practice. Meanwhile, the teaching method improves the sense of career attainment of nursing interns in practice, and guarantees the quality of first aid medical service.
