依那普利联用吲达帕胺逆转高血压伴左心室肥厚的超声改变和临床观察

目的观察依那普利和吲达帕胺对原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚（LVH）的逆转作用。方法将136例原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组（n=68）和对照组（n=68），治疗组给予依那普利和吲达帕胺；对照组给予吲达帕胺。分别于服药前及服药6个月后测量血压，观察24h动态血压、心电图、超声心动图改变。结果两组治疗后收缩压及舒张压均较治疗前有明显降低（P〈0．01），心功能指标较治疗前明显改善（P〈0．05），高血压伴LVH有明显的逆转作用（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论依那普利和吲达帕胺均有逆转LVH作用，两者联合应用在逆转LVH方面优于单独使用吲达帕胺。

Ultrasonic changes and clinical observation of enalapril and indapamide to reverse left ventricular hypertrophy in essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the reversal of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) after using enalapril and indapamide in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 136 patients with essential hypertension were divided into treatment group(n = 68, enalapril and indapamide) and control group(n = 68, indapamide). In both group,the result of blood pressure,24h ABPM. electrocardiogram (ECG ), echocardiography (UCG ) prior treatment were compared with those 6 months after treatment. Results After 6 months,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure reduced obviously in two groups(P< 0. 01) , the markers of cardiac function were singnificantly im-proved(P< 0. 05) and LVH in patients with essential hypenension were markedly reversed(P< 0. 05 ~0. 01). Conclusion Both enalapril and indapamide can reverse LVH in hypertension patients. It is the best efficacy that enalapril in combination with indapamide to treat essential hypertension accompanied by LVH than those of indapamide single using.
