医院药师的培训与教育

Training and Education for Pharmacist in Hospital

It was discussed that the background of function transformation of phannacist, the relationship and essence of clinical pharmacy and pharmacist. Professional goals of hospital phannacist in our country were listed. It also discussed about the progress of hospital pharmacist training from aspects of undergraduate training, after -graduation training, continuing training and in - post training. It suggested that the training should focus on clinical pharmaceutical practice and the training should nurture ability of focusing on patients, and suggested that present pharmaceutical training system should be reformed.
