严重烧伤患者的营养支持护理

目的:探讨严重烧伤患者营养疗法中的护理经验。方法:休克纠正后,实行早期胃肠道营养,4~7天静脉营养液以能量为主,此后加强蛋白质、氨基酸及脂肪乳剂的补充。结果:68例均未出现体重明显下降及营养不良,治疗中也未发生严重并发症,全部治愈。创面愈合时间36~82天。结论:严重烧伤的营养支持宜采用胃肠道与静脉营养相结合的原则,而护理工作至关重要。

Nutrition support nursing for severely burned patients

Objective:To sum up the experience in nutrition support nursing of severely burned patients.Methods:At the end of shock stage,early gastrointestinal nutrition support was applied.On day 4 to 7,intravenous nutritional fluid was supplied as the main energy source,and then adequate protein,amino acids and lipid emulsions were administered.Results:No malnutrition,loss of body weight or severe complications occurred.All the 68 patients were cured.The wounds healed in 36 to 82 days.Conclusions:Gastrointestinal an...
