| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃癌组织中微血管密度与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:应用抗CD105抗体检测胃癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)结果:不同分化程度胃癌MVD比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);不同浸润深度胃癌MVD比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移组MVD与无淋巴结转移组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MVD与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between MVD and clinical pathologic lectures in tissues of Stomach neoplasm.Methods: MVD in Stomach neoplasm was examined by immunohistochemical S-P method with anti-CD105 antibody.Results: There existed the significant difference in MVD correlated with pathological grade(P<0.05),infiltrative deepness(P<0.05),and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion: MVD was significantly correlated with histology grade,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis of Stomach neoplasm. |
