蜂胶影响小鼠免疫功能的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究蜂胶对小鼠免疫功能的影响作用。方法依据卫生部2003年版《保健食品检验与评价》方法进行检测。结果蜂胶能促进小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖和转化作用、提高小鼠抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素水平、促进小鼠单核-巨噬细胞的碳廓清和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力、能促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应、具有增强免疫力功能作用。结论蜂胶具有增强免疫力功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the impacts of propolis on mice's immuine functions. Methods The investigation was carried out according to the regulation of issued by Health Department in 2003. Results Propolis was capable of facilitating the proliferation and transformation of mice spleen lymphocytes, enhancing the quantity of antibody produced by the mice and the level of hemolysin, promoting phagocytosis of carbon clearance in monocyte phagocyte system, improving celiac phagocyte as well as the delayed hypersensitivity. Conclusion Propolis is capable of enhancing the immune function of mice.
