消化道肿瘤患者血清和组织中的酸溶性糖蛋白水平

测定４６例食管癌，２９例结肠直肠癌，１００例胃癌患者及１００例正常人血清中酸溶性糖蛋白（ＡＳＰ），以正常组的　＋２ｓ为正常值上限。结果正常组阳性率为２％，病例组阳性率为６５．２％～７８．０％，提示血清ＡＳＰ检测在消化道肿瘤普查及诊断上具有一定的实用价值。各种消化道癌组织与对照组织的ＡＳＰ含量比较，前者均显著高于相应的对照组织（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），提示癌组织伴有ＡＳＰ合成增加。

Acid Soluble Protein Contents in Serum and Tissues of Patients with Digestive Tract Cancer

The samples of sera from 46 patients with esophagus cancer, 29 patients with colonrectum cancer, 100 patients with gastric cancer and 100 normal individuals were determined for the contents of acid soluble protein (ASP). If x+2s of serum ASP in normal individuals was used as the cut off point, the positive results were respectively found 2.0%in normal individuals,65.2%in patients with esophagus cancer, 72.4%in patients with colonrectum cancer, 78.0%in patients with gastric cancer. The results suggested that serum ASP assay might be of practical value in mass-screening and diagnosis of digestive tract cancer. The ASP contents of various cancer tissues and their corresponding control tissues were determined, the ASP contents in cancerous tissues were significantly higher than those in control tissues.
