| 摘 要： | 对55例2型糖尿病（DM）患者、25名正常对照者，分别用ELISA法、免疫散射比浊法测定血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子1（sICAM-1）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）水平，用超声测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）。结果提示sICAM-1、hs—CRP可能与2型DM患者颈动脉IMT的增厚有关。 |

| Abstract: | The intima-media thickness (IMT) of common carotid artery was measured using B-mode ultrasonography in 55 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 25 normal controls. The serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 ( sICAM-1) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) were measured by ELISA and high-sensitivity particle enhanced immunonephelometry respectively. The results suggest that sICAM-1 and hs-CRP were risk factors of thickened IMT in type 2 DM. |
