| 摘 要： | 目的为癌症化疗病人提供更优质、规范、高效的护理服务。方法选择未使用化疗全程记录单的化疗传统护理方法的病人78例为化疗传统护理组,选择使用化疗全程记录单以后的化疗病人78例为化疗全程记录单组,观察并记录病人化疗情况。结果化疗全程记录单组病人,化疗过程中不良反应少,静脉炎发生率明显降低,病人满意度明显提高。结论化疗全程记录单的使用,使病人在化疗过程中得到更完善、更个体化、更安全有效的治疗和护理,减少病人化疗后不良反应的发生,提高病人的满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To supply more excellent, normative and effective nursing service to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 78 patients undergoing chemotherapy without chemotherapy recording note were selected as control group, and 78 patients with recording note were selected as experiment group. The curative effect of two groups were observed and recorded. Results In experiment group, fewer adverse reactions were found, the occurrence of phlebitis lowered down and the satisfactory rate of patients increased. Conclusion The using of chemotherapy recording note can supply patients with more perfect, individual, safe and effective treatment and nursing, reduce the adverse reaction after chemotherapy and raise patients' satisfactory rate. |
