新疆维吾尔族、哈萨克族、汉族冠心病、脑卒中的预防及综合诊治研究——中药结合康复运动综合治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效观察

目的观察芪红方结合康复治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法将116例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为芪红组（57例）和常规组（59例）,常规组给予西医常规治疗结合康复运动方法,芪红组在西医常规治疗结合康复治疗上加用具有益气温阳的中药制剂芪红方。28 d为1个疗程,共观察3个疗程。结果治疗3个疗程后,2组间心力衰竭生活质量总评分变化差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前后左室射血分数变化分布组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗前后6 min步行试验变化分布组间比较差别有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。芪红组治疗前后中医证候疗效总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论芪红方结合康复治疗能改善心衰患者的生活质量积分,提高患者实际生活能力和生活质量,能增加心衰患者6 min步行试验的距离,在心衰患者的体能恢复中显示出明显优势,是改善心衰患者活动能力的有效治疗方法。

Clinical observation on the treatment of congestive heart failure by Taditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） with rehabilitative management

Objective To observe the clinical effect of QiHong powder on the treatment of Chronic Heart Failure（CHF）.Methods One hundred and sixteen cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group（n=57） and control group（n=59）.Both two groups were given regular treatment,while the QiHong powder was added to the treatment group.Twenty-day was a period of treatment,totally 3 course.Results After three periods,there were significant differences in 6 min walking test,the score of life quality and symptoms between the two group（P0.05）,but there were no significant differences in the function of heart left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）（P0.05）.Conclusion The QiHong powder can rehabilitate therapy and regular treatment could improve the distance 6 min walking test,and improve the function of heart.Meanwhile,the QiHong powder therapy could improve the clinical symptoms of CHF and improve the quality of life.
