| 摘 要： | 为探索建立适合我国国情的心胸外科专科医师培训模式,胸科医院自2004年开始和世界心脏基金会合作开展＂心胸外科专科医师培养项目＂。按要求行受训医师的招收和培训轮转制度,并建立有效的考核评估体系。目前已有4名医师完成培训,获得专科医师资格认证。该项目使受训者全方位获得训练和提升,为专科医师培养和准入制度的建立提供经验。

| Abstract: | To explore the model of Cardiothoracic Surgery specialist＇s training program suitable tor our country, a model of Cardiothoracic Surgery specialist＇s training program was established in Shanghai Chest Hospital in 2004 under cooperation with the World Heart Foundation. We administered the recruitment and the rotation system, established the assessment and evaluation system. At present, 4 residents have completed the training program and got the certification. It proved that the actualization of the training program assured the trainee get the all - round training and improvement. Meanwhile, it offers the experience of the training method and permission system of the medical specialist in our country. |
