海军潜水员骨代谢生化指标的调查分析

摘    要:目的 探索潜水员骨代谢与其工作环境的关系。方法  73名男性海军潜水员检测血Ca ,P ,ALP ,BGP ,尿Ca/Cr ,NTx;骨密度 (BMD)。并与对照组比较。结果 潜水员血清Ca ,P ,ALP水平与对照组比较无差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。血清BGP及骨密度高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,尿Ca/Cr及NTx 水平低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 潜水员特殊作业条件下的重力载荷等诸多的环境因素对潜水员骨代谢 ,骨密度有促进的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between bone metabolism of divers and environmental factors under the condition of special diving operation Method The biochemical markers as bone mineral density(BMD)of radius, serum calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P), alkalinephosphatase(ALP), bone gla protein(BGP)and urine NT x , Ca/Cr were determined in 73 divers The results were compared with those of control group Result No differences were found in serum Ca P ALP of divers between the two groups Serum BGP and BMD were higher than control group; urine NT x and Ca/Cr were lower than control group; the results were all significant as against those of control group( P <0.01) Conclusion Whether such environmental factors as weight, under the condition of special operation could accelerate the bone metabolism requires further study
