| 摘 要： | 短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）是临床常见的急性缺血性脑血管病，近年来对该病的定义、病因、诊断及治疗又有新的认识。颈动脉内膜剥脱术（CEA）和颈动脉血管内成形及支架置人术是治疗颈动脉狭窄的最新进展。重视TIA的治疗对于预防急性脑梗死的发生有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Transient ischemic attack(TIA) is one frequent type of acute ischemic cerebral vascular disease.Much advancement has been made in the definition,aetiology,diagnosis and therapy of TIA in recent years.Carotid endarterectomy and carotid angioplasty and stenting is the latest therapy of carotid artery stenosis. |
