| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产后再次妊娠的最佳分娩方式。方法对156例剖宫产后再次妊娠孕妇的分娩方式进行回顾性分析。结果68例再次剖宫产，88例孕妇阴道试产，阴道试产分娩成功78例，试产成功率为88.6％。结论剖宫产术后再次妊娠并非是剖宫产绝对指征，符合阴道试产条件者，在严密监护下阴道试产是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best delivery mode in patients with previous cesarean section. Methods Delivery mode was retro-spectively analyzed in 156 eases of repregnant women with previous cesarean section. Results Among them, sixty-eight cases chose repeat cesarean section. The remaining eighty - eight eases were allowed to try normal delivery, their successful labor rate was 88.6%. Conclusion The history of cesarean section is not the absolute indication for second cesarean section, a trial of normal labor after previous cesarean section is very safe. |
