| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨星形胶质细胞对脑出血吸收的影响。方法 健康大耳白家兔自体血注射法制作脑出血模型。分别于 3、7和 1 4d将兔处死 ,取出血周围脑组织切片 ,SABC法免疫组化染色。结果 正常对照组GFAP(glialfibrillaryacidprotein ,GFAP)表达水平均较低 ,各实验组表达明显增高 (P <0 0 5) ,各实验组间比较差异均具有显著意义 (P <0 0 5)。结论 脑出血形成后 ,其血肿周围星形胶质细胞反应对血肿的自身溶解、吸收具有重要的意义 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of GFAP at the cerebral perihematomal regions and the effect of gliocytes on absorption of cerebral hemarrhage.Methods Models of intracerebral hemorrhage were made by injecting its self body blood into the cerebrums of each rabbit.The rabbits were killed respectively on the the 3rd,7th and 14th day after the models were made.The perihematomal brain tissues were taken out and made sections stained immunohistochemically(SABC method).Results The expression of GFAP in gliocytes in the control group is lower than that in the experiment groups(P<0.05).In every exprimental group the expression of GFAP has significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The gliocytes around the areas of intracerebral hematoma may promote the absorption of hematoma. |
