酒精依赖者MMPI测查结果分析

目的:了解和探讨酒精依赖者的人格特征与心理卫生状况.方法:符合CCMD-3诊断标准的男性酒精依赖者78例作为研究对象,采用MMPI进行测查,并与78例正常人测查结果作为对照.结果:酒精依赖者的MMPI临床量表Pd、Ma、Pt、Hs、Hy、Sc等的分数明显高于对照组(P＜0.05～0.001);81%的酒精依赖者的Pd量表T分超过正常水平(T分超过60分),达到或超过常模均分的1个标准差以上.正常对照组的MMPI临床量表的T分均在常态范围.结论:根据MMPI测查结果的个案资料分析表明,大多数酒精依赖者在人格方面具有共同性的问题,主要表现在社会适应能力和人际关系处理方面存在明显的问题.

Assessment and Analysis of MMPI in Alcohol Dependent Patients

Objective: To investigate the personality traits and the mental health status of alcohol dependent (AD) patients. Methods: Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) was conducted in 78 AD men screened by CCMD-3 and 78 controls. Results: The scores of Pd, Ma, Pt, Hs, Hy and Sc factors in case group were obviously higher than those of control group respectively and with significant difference (P < 0.05). The average 'T' value of Pd factor was over 60 and had more than one standard deviation than control group. Conclusion: Most of AD patients have personality disorders and suffer from mental health problems, especially in the ability to deal with the social and personal relationships.
