周围神经显微减压术治疗糖尿病性上肢周围神经病

目的 探讨周嗣神经显微减压术治疗糖尿病性上肢周围神经病的疗效.方法 应用腕管正中神经显微减压术及肘管尺神经显微减压、肌下转位术治疗15例糖尿病性上肢周围神经病患者(25侧手28根神经).结果 平均随访37个月.15例糖尿病性上肢周围神经病患者25侧手部麻木、疼痛症状术后100%缓解,手部力弱、运动功能不良症状术后缓解率60 %(15/25),随访期间症状复发1侧手正中神经(3%,1/28).并发症:手术切口愈合不良3处(11%,3/28).结论 周围神经显微减压术是治疗糖尿病性上肢周围神经病的有效方法,其改善手部感觉障碍的疗效好于改善运动功能不良的疗效.

Microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of upper li+mbs

Objective To Btudy the effectiveness of microsurgieal decompression of peripheral nerves for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of upper limbs.Methods The microsurgical decompression of median nerves in carpal tunnels and micmsurgieal decompression ,submuscular transposition of ulnar nerves in cubital tunnels of 25 hands(15 diabetic patients,28 nerves)were performed,Results All the patients were followed-up for about 37 months in average.The symptoms of numbness and pain in all the 25 hands were relieved and the percentage of the symptoms of weakness and motion dysfunction was 60%.There Was 1 recurrence case(3%, median nerve).Postoperative complication:3 delayed wound healing(1l%,3/28).Conclusion Microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves is all effective method for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy of upper limbs.The effects for relieving the symptoms of numbness and pain Was better than those for relieving weakness and motion dysfunction.
