腓肠肌腱膜瓣翻转术治疗陈旧性跟腱离断伤9例

目的 探讨双腓肠肌腱膜瓣翻转成形术治疗陈旧性跟腱离断伤的临床效果。方法 对9例腱缺损2～5cm的陈旧性跟腱离断伤采用双腓肠肌腱膜瓣翻转术治疗的临床资料进行分析。结果 本组病人随访6～13个月，术后半年病人都恢复正常。2例出现皮肤问题，治疗后愈合。结论 对肌腱缺损较大的跟腱损伤采用该方法治疗疗效满意。

The treatment of nine cases with old ruptures of tendon achillis by lindholm technique

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of old ruptures of tendon achillis treated with Lindolm technique. Methods Nine patients with old ruptures of the tendon achillis and 2-5cm tendon defect were treated by Lindolm technique. Their clinical data were analyzed. Results All the patients were followed up for six to 13 months, and at six months after operation all the patients restored completely. Two patients incurred skin complication and restored after treatment. Conclusions The clinical effect is good for the treatment of old ruptures of the tendon achillis with longer tendon defect by using Lindolm technique.
