沈英森教授临床经验拾零

介绍沈英森教授运用钩藤止咳化痰，从痰论治肝硬化，益气养阴治鼻咽癌的经验。其认为钩藤在治疗因肝火犯肺，木火刑金而引起的咳喘病，不仅能平肝泻肺，而且能清肝火化痰。并认为早期肝硬化，主要是瘀血与痰湿蕴结，阻滞血络而成，治疗应从痰论治，兼顾气血，气顺则痰消，血活则痰化，痰化则痞散。提出鼻咽癌的主要病理是气阴两虚，益气养阴为其基本治疗法则。

Collection of Prof.Shen Yingsen's Clinical Experience

Prof.Shen's clinical experience was introduced,including productive cough by Ramulus Uncariae cum Uncis (RUN),hepatic cirrhosis by dealing with phlegm,and nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NC) by benefiting qi and nourishing yin.prof.Shen considered that the dyspneic cough is caused by liver-fire attacking lung,RUN not only can calm the liver and purge the lung-fire but also clear liver-fire and resolve sputum;the early stage of cirrhosis is caused by retention of bloodstasis and sputum blocking collaterals,when sputum is treated together with activation of qi and blood,the sputum is resolved along with smoothing of breath and activation of blood circulation,so that the mass is dispersed. Prof.Shen also considered the pathogenesis of NC is chiefly deficiency of qi and yin,so its basic therapeutic principle should be benefiting qi and nourishing yin.
