摘    要:目的与方法:为探讨长期低剂量苯接触对工人机体免疫系统的影响及其遗传毒性作用,采用淋巴细胞单抗致敏红细胞花环试验及微核试验,对44例油漆工人进行了T淋巴细胞亚群及淋巴细胞微核测定。结果:在苯接触者白细胞总数正常情况下,淋巴细胞亚群CD4^ 值无明显变化;CD^3 及CD^8 极显著增加(P<0.01);CD4^ /CD8^ 比值明显下降(P<0.05)。外周血淋巴细胞微核率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:长期低剂量苯接触可导致机体细胞细胞免疫紊乱并可产生遗传毒性作用。

EFFECT OF EXPOSING TO BENZENE AT LOW-DOSES FOR A LONG-TERM ON CELLULAR IMMUNE AND MICRONUCLEUS GENERATION IN WORKER
Abstract:Purpose and Methods: The effect exposing to benzene at low dose for a long term on immune system and genotoxicity, T lymphocyte subgroup and its micronucleus was examined in 44 painters with the garland test of RBC sensitized by T lymphocyte McAb. Results: there was no obvious change in CD4\++. However, both CD3\++ and CD8\++ were significantly risen up (P<0.01), and the CD4\++/CD8\++ was obviously reduced (P<0.05).Micronucleus frequencies of peripheral blood lymphocytes were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Exposing to benzene at low dose for a long term can canse disorder in cellular immunity and result in genotoxicity.
