285例异位妊娠切除术围手术期抗菌药用药分析

目的：了解我院异住妊娠切除术后患者应用抗菌药的情况,并评价其应用的合理性.方法：对我院2008年285例异位妊娠切除术患者围手术期抗菌药应用品种、用药频度、联合用药、使用方法进行统计分析.结果：285例异位妊娠切除术患者100%应用抗菌药,静脉滴注抗菌药使用频率最高的是克林霉素,占50.5%,其次的是美洛西林（占39.3%）,头孢地嗪（占7.0%）.结论：异位妊娠切除术患者在抗菌药物选用及疗程等方面存在着不合理现象,分析其使用情况有利于提高医院的合理用药水平.

Analysis on Use of Antibacterial Drug in Perioperative Period for 285 cases of Ectopic Pregnancy Surgery

Objective： To investigate the situation of antibacterial agents of patients after ectopic pregnancy surgery, and evaluate its rationality. Method： The perioperative use of antimicrobials in variety, DDDs ,joint medication of 285 cases of ectopic pregnancy surgery patients were statisticed and analyzed in our hospital in 2008. Result： The use of antibacterials was 100% among 285 case of patients. Clindamycin was used with the hightest rate in those anti-infective drugs and its rate of iv dripping was 50. 5%. The second and third were mezlocillin（39. 3% ）, cefodizime （7.0%）. Conclusion： There is irrational prophylactic use of antibacterials, which are the inappropriate choosing of medication, over prolonged use of the drugs for ectopic pregnancy surgery patients during perioperative period in this hospital. Analysis the use of antibacterials is conductive to rise the level of rational medical use.
