体育运动常见的下肢关节韧带扭伤机理及防治

摘    要:目的探讨体育运动中常见的下肢关节韧带扭伤机理及防治措施。方法对锦州师专体育系2003级和2004级学生共320人进行问卷调查,对320份有效问卷进行归纳总结并对数据进行统计和分析。结果排球、篮球、足球、跳高、跳远、跑步等运动项目中常出现踝关节韧带扭伤,排球、篮球、足球、体操、跳箱等运动项目中常出现膝关节韧带扭伤;出现扭伤后,2003级学生的处理方法对损伤恢复效果好于2004级学生,预防意识更强,措施更得当。结论踝关节和膝关节韧带扭伤是体育运动中常见的下肢关节韧带扭伤,它们与相关的运动项目有关;扭伤的机理除了与解剖结构、生理机能有关外,还与运动的技术动作,理论知识,实践经验,场地器械等有关;正确地处理和有效预防下肢关节韧带扭伤对促进身体健康和体育运动的开展有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective This paper has investigated the mechanism for wrench of Lower Limb Ligament and prevention against it.Methods By asking 320 students of PE Department in Teachers Training College to answer questions and summarized answers of tests,calculated and analysed.Results Ankle joint wrench generally comes from sports such as volleyball,basketball,football,high-jump,long-jump,running,whereas knee joint wrench comes about sports of volleyball,basketball,football,exercise doing,case jump et al.The preventian method adopted by Grade 2003 was better than Grade 2004 when the accident happened.In addition,students of Grade 2004 have stronger awareness of prevention againstit.Conclusions The wrench of ankle joint and knee joint are usual lesion in sports.It is related to the types of sports.Besides,it is also related to its frame and function,students awareness and practical experiments,sports ground and apparatus in school.It is important to effectively manage and prevent the wrench of lower limb ligament,to promote peoples health and the development of sports.
