| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期干预对痉挛性偏瘫患儿运动及智能发育的影响。方法 16例 12月以内的痉挛性偏瘫患儿分为早期干预组和对照组各 8例。评估干预组的康复效果 ,并与对照组比较。结果 经过 3～ 6个月的康复治疗 ,干预组患儿的运动及智能发育指数均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 早期干预将能有效阻止偏瘫患儿对患侧的忽略 ,有助于运动及智能发育水平的提高。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of early intervention on the motor and mental development in the hemiplegic children. METHODS 16 hemiplegic children who were less than 12 months were divided into two groups, in which 8 cases were enrolled into the early intervention group and the others into the controls. The effects of motor and mental development in the early intervention group were compared to the control group.RESULTS The motor and mental development index in the early intervention group was significantly higher than those in control group after 3-6 months rehabilitative care. CONCLUSION Early intervention is an effective way to prevent the hemiplegic children from ignoring the affected side, and is good for the motor and mental development. |
