| 摘 要： | 目的分析浙江省宁波市江北区居民2002～2009年伤害死亡率及其影响因素。方法对8年间全区居民伤害死亡个案卡进行分析。结果江北区居民8年伤害平均死亡率为44.62/10万,前5位死因依次为机动车辆交通事故(15.96/10万)、意外跌落(10.98/10万)、自杀(4.60/10万)、淹死(4.00/10万)、其他意外事故和有害效应(3.41/10万),寿命损失年顺位前5位依次为交通事故(8035.77年)、自杀(2184.06年)、淹死(2112.63年)、意外跌落(1576.15年)、其他意外事故和有害效应(734.22年)。结论伤害是江北区居民的主要死因之一,应针对其分布特征和影响因素采取相应对策与措施。
