我国6省市企事业单位职工健康社会因素研究

目的了解我国企事业单位职业人群健康状况及影响健康的社会因素,为制定相关措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,从北京、河北、吉林、湖北、甘肃、宁夏6省(自治区、直辖市)中抽取企事业单位2745人进行问卷调查。采用百分制自测健康状况得分对调查对象健康状况进行评估,涉及的社会因素包括社会人口学因素、社会环境因素和心理社会因素3个方面共18项因素。结果共收回有效问卷2713份。调查对象自测健康状况得分为79.45±12.12分,其中男性80.58±12.45分,女性79.29±11.69分;18岁～组81.23±12.04分,31岁～组78.89±11.59分,46～60岁组77.88±12.68分。逐步多元线性回归分析显示:女性、已婚不分居者、家庭人均月收入3000元以上者,自测健康状况得分较低;家庭内人际关系满意度越高、工作场所条件满意度越高、领导认可程度越高、工作成就感越大,自测健康状况得分越高;年龄越大、自感工作强度大频率越高、1年内遭遇重大负性生活事件越多,自测健康状况得分越低。结论我国企事业单位职业人群中,影响健康的社会因素包括性别、年龄、婚姻状况、家庭收入、工作环境、人际关系、生活事件等。应针对关键的社会因素开展有效干预措施,以实现健康公平。
