南京市建筑工地流动人口艾滋病健康教育效果分析

目的了解南京市建筑工地流动人口健康教育前后对艾滋病相关知识的知信行改变,探索在建筑工地开展艾滋病宣传教育的模式。方法整群随机抽取南京市6所建筑工地的流动人口,采用多部门合作、形式多样的健康教育干预模式,在干预前和干预后分别随机抽取了337人和273人进行匿名问卷调查。结果干预后,艾滋病相关知识总知晓率、传播途径总知晓率、预防措施总知晓率分别由54.3%、55.3%和61.2%提高到69.3%、70.8%和76.2%。对艾滋病相关态度干预前后的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,性行为时每次均使用安全套者仅占6.1%,干预后愿意使用安全套的比例达84.2%。65.9%的被调查对象愿意接受健康讲座。结论多部门合作、多种形式开展健康教育的干预模式对建筑工地流动人口预防和控制艾滋病方面具有较好的效果。

Analysis on the health education effect of AIDS related knowledge among migrant construction workers in Nanjing City
