| 摘 要： | 目的了解安徽省居民现阶段健康素养现状。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取安徽省6个市(县)15～69岁常住人口,共3012人。结果安徽省居民具备健康素养的比例是8.79%,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3方面素养的比例分别是20.72%、11.16%和15.31%。具备5类健康问题素养的比例由高到低分别是:科学健康观素养(35.29%)、安全与急救素养(22.14%)、传染病预防素养(18.96%)、基本医疗素养(8.07%)、慢性病预防素养(6.77%)。结论受城乡、性别、年龄、文化程度等因素的影响,安徽省居民健康素养水平较低。
