广东省珠海市居民自我健康评价状况及其影响因素分析

目的了解广东省珠海市居民自我健康评价状况及其影响因素。方法应用整群抽样方法在珠海市香洲、斗门和金湾3个行政区内分别抽取6个居委会和6个行政村15～69岁人群进行自我健康评价问卷调查,应用Logistic回归分析自我健康评价影响因素。结果珠海市居民自我健康评价综合测量平均分为69.5±10.0分,高于其理论平均分,及格率为56.1%;Logistic回归分析显示随着家庭收入的增加,调查对象的社会适应因子及格率随之增高,身体没有疾病的调查对象社会适应因子及格率高于有疾病者;调查对象随着年龄的增大,身体状态因子的及格率随之降低,但随着文化程度的升高而随之增高;身体有疾病的调查对象其心理状态因子及格率高于无疾病的。结论珠海市居民自我健康评价状况较好,与调查对象家庭收入、文化程度、身体的疾病状态和工作忙碌程度有关。

Status of self-health evaluation and its influence factors among residents in Zhuhai City,Guangdong Province

Objective To understand the status of self-health evaluation and its influencing factors among Zhuhai residents. Methods Residents from 15 to 69 years old in Xiangzhou, Doumen and Jinwan of Zhuhai were selected by applying cluster sampling method, and their status of self-health evaluation was investigated by a questionnaire. Besides, factors influencing the evaluation were analyzed using logistic regression. Results The average score of self-health evalua- tion of the residents was 69. 5 4- 10. 0, which was above its theoretical average. And the passing rate was 56. 1%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the passing rate of social adaptability factors of the residents was positively related with fami- ly income. Healthy residents had a higher passing rate than those with illnesses. In addition, the passing rate of body state factor was affected by the age and education level. The passing rate of body state factor decreased with age and increased with education level. The respondents with illness had a higher passing rate of psychology factors than those with healthy respondents. Conclusion Residents in Zhuhai have a good status of self-health evaluation, and it is associated with family income, education level, body＇ s health and the degree of busyness.
